辻本 哲郎

キャリア
2005年に金沢大学医学部を卒業し、国立国際医療センター(現 国立国際医療研究センター)で初期研修医として働き始めました。その後、一度総合診療科のレジデントになりましたが、臨床・研究で最も興味があった糖尿病・内分泌領域を専門とすることにしました。そのまま国立国際医療研究センターでそれらの領域の専門医・指導医を取得するとともに、研究にも力を注ぎ、多くの論文を発表してきました。2020年1月より現在の虎の門病院分院の糖尿病内分泌科に赴任し、現在に至っています。


研究分野
主に糖尿病・代謝疾患を中心とした研究を行っています。

今後の抱負
糖尿病患者はますます増加し、その対策は喫緊の課題です。研究だけでなく臨床においても日本の医療が更に良くなるように邁進したいと思います。
